At Charlie's Wholesale, we stand behind the quality of our home goods and offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that bulk wholesale orders may be subject to a restocking fee depending on the product category.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your wholesale account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Shipment
Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all hardware and instruction manuals are included to avoid partial refund deductions.
Ship the Goods
Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the crate or box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a warehouse pickup for freight-sized orders.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned home goods at our distribution center, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
